Dashboard

The Dashboard is your control panel, where you always have everything at your fingertips and monitored.
Through this module, it is possible to create real views on the data that interest you most, or save real prompts.

Imagine the power of AI, but without having to always rewrite the same prompt or change conversation. Data and information are always ready and updated.

Each user can create one or more Dashboards, customizing them at will, going to collect, for example, different themes.
Each Dashboard consists of Widgets: it is the tool through which to display a data.

Widgets

There are two types of Widgets:

  • Knowledge Base, which allows you to execute a query on the Knowledge Base, displaying the data in a table;
  • Prompt, which instead executes a command (i.e. an actual prompt) and displays its result.

Knowledge Base

Widgets of this type allow you to interact directly with the Knowledge Base, creating real views on already organized data.
Once the type is chosen, it is possible to further filter the data, defining the conditions on the available fields. For example, it is possible to choose only the Tasks that have a Status field with value Not Started.
If more than one condition is defined, only the data that will respect ALL the defined conditions SIMULTANEOUSLY will be displayed.

For each Widget of this type, it is also possible to select the list of fields to display which, by default, will be all those defined.

Prompt

Widgets of type Prompt allow you to exploit Analytica's reasoning capabilities. It is possible to define a real prompt, as if you were in chat, to be executed.
Some examples can be:

  • "Get all the Tasks you have available in this Sprint. Make a pie chart, showing the number of tasks in the different states. Use the following color palette: ..."
  • "List all the TODOs that I have to complete by today. Make me a table with name and description of each todo"
  • "Select Mario Rossi's resume. Prepare me a set of questions to ask him during a technical interview"

The advice is to use this type of Widget for complex operations or to display data in a format or with an associated certain degree of reasoning. Furthermore, it is possible to request to take data from different types of Knowledge Base and merge them together, to represent a dynamic data.
However, whenever it is possible to reduce these requests into a standard visualization of Knowledge Base data, it is recommended to use the Knowledge Base type, which is faster and more efficient.

Widget Customizations

Each Widget can have a different size, so as to place several also on the same row. Furthermore, it is possible to drag and move Widgets via drag'n'drop.
