Chat
The Chat is the simplest way to interact with Analytica. It works on the same principle as ChatGPT or Gemini: you write a message, and you get the response.
Through Chat you also have the possibility to interact with the various available Agents, in a completely natural way. Each agent will be executed automatically when necessary.
Output Visualization
Analytica is able to respond not only textually, but also with charts and tables.
Tables are used when it is necessary to display information that lends itself well to an "Excel sheet": a list of customers, with information about their contacts, is certainly an example of these.
You will be able to interact with the table, requesting sorts, filters, and also export the data in Excel format. It is therefore not a static table, but a real advanced Data Table.
Analytica also provides a specific agent to create charts. You just need to ask "show me this data as a pie chart", to get a chart. Obviously, you can specify the type, legend and colors of the chart itself, all through prompts.
Information Search
Analytica is able to perform searches on the internet and visit websites. It will always try to respond using the most up-to-date information available, citing sources and websites.
This allows us to zero out hallucinations, as well as guarantee greater quality.
Interaction with the Knowledge Base
Through the Chat it is possible to interact with the Knowledge Base. There are several Agents specifically for this purpose.
You just need to ask "List all active invoices", and they will be immediately displayed. Obviously, you can ask complex questions, or request only data with certain characteristics or values: the prompt will be translated into an efficient query by the specialized Agent.
We don't stop there: in addition to obtaining the information present in the Knowledge Base, the Chat can also be used to modify or create new data. For example, you can simply ask to create a data of a certain type, and Analytica will guide you to fill in the various fields that compose it. In the same way, you can then modify or delete the data.
File Upload
You just need to drag one or more files onto the Chat interface, or use the appropriate button to manually select the files, to add them to the current chat.
Unlike classic AI tools, such as Gemini or ChatGPT, files uploaded in chat can be managed in two ways:
- Chat Only, for classic behavior: the file will be processed, and its content will be available for searches or queries, exclusively within the chat used;
- Knowledge Base, and therefore the file content will be cataloged, extracted, and inserted into the knowledge base.
By selecting Knowledge Base, the content will therefore potentially be made available to other users as well, and will be structured within the Knowledge Base.
If the purpose is only to query and process a file (for example, "I want a summary of a certain contract"), then the correct method is Chat Only.
Analytica supports various file formats, from PDFs to Word or Excel documents. If you upload an image, it will be interpreted, and its content extracted: if you are uploading a screenshot of a table, for example, you can access its content.
Voice Interaction
Analytica's Chat supports transcription of your voice to text. To activate it, just click on the microphone button, and start speaking. At the end of the transcription, you will find the message ready to be sent.
Mentor
Mentors are customizations of Analytica always ready to use.
Through a Mentor, you can start a chat with a client context already ready, or with specific instructions already loaded. You no longer need to prepare "base messages" for your chats, copying them into new ones: just create a specific Mentor.
Through Mentors it is also possible to request a preloading of information present in the Knowledge Base, the execution of an agent, or provide detailed documentation of a certain process.
It is also possible to modify Analytica's response style, requesting for example a more formal language, or more specialized in a certain field.

Social Media Manager
It is possible to create a mentor who is an expert in a particular field, such as social media, and who, in this case, can help you in your campaigns. The additional instructions could be:
You must create social strategies, write effective copy for social posts, provide creative ideas to apply to social media such as reel scripts, post formats, know how to read data and kpis, create reports for social media. You also know how to create effective ads campaigns on meta and linkedin.
Accessibility Expert
In this example we define an accessibility expert, with a focus on Flutter mobile app development. Note how we can specify urls, which are the reference sites, where Analytica will dynamically visit to answer more exhaustively the questions that will be asked.
